Is there a way we can allow our clients see the breakdown of daily hours per timesheet on the timesheet portal.

This has been completed in our most recent release.

In the highlighted screenshot below, you can see the clients are able to see a breakdown of the hours on a timesheet per day without the need to click on the Approve & Amend anymore.
