I would like to propose making either an email ID or mobile number a mandatory requirement for logging into the system.

By implementing this we can: Prevent duplicate entries by linking accounts to unique email IDs or mobile numbers.

We can Address scenarios where workers may lack a National Insurance (NI) number but can still be uniquely identified.& we can chase them to add or we update their Ni number on the account.
