My applicants are saying our onboarding form is asking for 3 mandatory references.
We only want 1 mandatory and a 2nd or 3rd as optional.
I can’t see where to change this?

This has been completed in our most recent release.

When you setup your onboarding form, you can set the mandatory fields and specify the number of the references that need to be mandatory, for example if you set all the fields as mandatory and only select 2 to be mandatory, the 3rd reference will be optional.
