It would be useful if we were able to have a free text box, so if the candidate answers yes, they can add a comment, so the team can review.

We do not want to add them to the system as causing a duplication of candidates when they complete the registering process.

Can we have the option to make the additional questions on the onboarding form mandatory. Sometimes we need to ask questions and ensure we have answers to them.

My applicants are saying our onboarding form is asking for 3 mandatory references. We only want 1 mandatory and a 2nd or 3rd as optional. I can’t see where to change this? FD: 4752

Can we allow for more than 10 questions to be added to the onboarding form.
