when you apply a filter the total hours doesn’t change – I’ve tried filtering by a consultant but the total hours doesn’t change. This would be really helpful for our business to keep track of our weekly hours as each branch/consultant needs to know their hours.

Can we please have a way to filter the booking plan by branch

It would be useful to be able to define how breaks are handled on a Rate Card, paid or not.

It would be useful to be able to export the report of Booking Requests, in the same way you can for the client and candidate lists.

It would be useful at the stage where we allocate the candidates, that if this is the last one, we can also close the role off, rather than having to allocate a candidate and then close the role off.

It would be useful for bookings to be filtered and adjusted in client blocks, something that made the process much more efficient. It would be a great improvement if CentricFlow could introduce similar filtering stability to support growing operations and reduce administrative overhead.

It would be useful to be able to send SMS messages to candidates to confirm their attendance.

It would be useful to be able to have an option to view rate cards without the option to edit them, so we can review without potentially making any changes.

Is there a way we can send booking confirmations to more than 1 person? Sometimes in construction the site contact and the approver work separately, one may book it but the other may need a confirmation too.

As a consultant I want to view the total hours booked and submitted for a single shift per week. So that I can view the actual total hours submitted and booked at a glance. My suggestion is to add an extra column called total hours. And then similar to the way the booked and submitted times are shown replicate this for total booked and submitted hours.
