Client Work History
When we go on the Work History on a client and try and filter by dates it doesn’t show anything recent – I assume this is because we are extending bookings but is there any way to add a field in for last shift/date worked or something as when we are looking to cover an emergency shift it helps us to be able to sort by most recently booked

It would very useful to be able to setup email templates in the perm section, that automatically create an email to the client and worker. i.e. first interview, pulls through who the hiring manager is, what time, where and when. This will make the perm section really useful.
This automation, will really enhance our business.

Client Compliance Expiry
When you are on a client profile, there is no visibility of expiring or expired compliance unless you visit the compliance tab. It would be useful to add this to the Basic Details page so you see it as soon as you hit the profile.

Client Compliance > Action > Download Document
As a consultant, it would be useful to be able to be able have an option to download the documents, where we can’t preview them, so we can get a copy of the files.
