It would be useful to be able to order the onboarding questions, so we can add new ones and adjust the order they are asked.

It would be useful to be able to track when we send an onboarding form to candidates via the Register Candidate and to be able to see what status they get up to, to help determine where we may be looking candidates or where we see candidates getting stuck it.

Could we please have 'Known Allergies' on the Medical Questionnaire

Is it possible to be more explicit with this wording? E.g. before submitting your application, you must open and review the entire document before proceeding to signature. By signing… FD 8531

It would be useful to be able to mark all additional questions in the onboarding form as not required/not mandatory.
